It was 2002, 2:30 in the morning. I sat straight up in bed because the house was vibrating. The windows were shaking, and I heard the very distinct sound of a fighter jet flying by.
I hop out of bed. The house is shaking, I’m hearing jets, things are going absolutely crazy. So I run to the front door and I go onto the front porch, and I’m like, what is happening?
There’s two of them, and they are just cruising the neighborhood of Belmont. I’m like, are they lost? Because Wright-Pat isn’t too far, the Air Force base, but that’s in Fairborn.
So I called Jon at work, and I’m like, something’s happening. He hears it. He’s like, holy crap, what is that? I’m like, it’s jets. Something is happening, and they are flying everywhere.
And they fly by again. The entire neighborhood, all the lights are off, and I’m like, where is everybody?
Like, apparently, whatever has gone on, I lost my senses. No survival skills. I run across the street and I hide under a tree that is… I’d say the trunk is about that big around, but I am wider than that. It’s not like I was hiding very well. I know the people that are flying those jets… I know they saw me.
I am on the phone with Jonathan. He’s driving through Dayton on the highway, and he can see them. So he is like, they’re circling, I can see them circling. They are definitely flying around the neighborhood.
There was like a shift in the air. There’s a vibration, like a hum. There is something above me, and it is very large. These jets are circling it.
It was dark when it was approaching, but when it was over me, I could see through it. It, like, it camouflaged into the sky. There were lights on it, but when it, like… I could see through it. Like, when it camouflaged in the sky, the lights looked like stars. It doesn’t make sense.
I know I sound nuts, and I’m going to be honest: I still, like, am completely baffled that it did happen. That’s my UFO story, which has taken me, like, literally 30 minutes to record.

Triangular UAP reports in Release 07
The October 23, 2026 release of UAP records includes an AARO memorandum about a triangular object reported in the western United States in June 2026. The release’s catalog describes interviews with two federal special agents, with another official observing from a separate post.
The account follows an object rising vertically, holding its position, then banking and descending into a canyon. The witnesses described its shape, color and appearance through thermal equipment, and reported no audible sound or visible conventional propulsion features. The memorandum also covers an observation the following night and a subsequent ground search.
We’re adding this record alongside Andrea’s account as another description of a large object overhead. Andrea’s experience was in Dayton in 2002; this report concerns a different place and time.
